Music and Drama Tuition 

Opportunities also exist for students to participate in a range of private tuition including Drums, Violin, Piano and Speech and Drama lessons. To minimise the disruption to students' daily learning, private tuition is provides before and after school. Private tuition does incur additional fees.  

Musical Theatre

The Musical Theatre lessons consist of singing, dancing and acting in a fun and creative environment.  These one hour lessons will take place weekly, before and after school.

Music Instruments 

Students will learn the rudiments of music by developing their ability to read music (theory) as well as practical skills required to play an instrument.  As their skills develop, students will have the opportunity to sit for music exams with the Australian Music Examination Board AMEB. Classes are held for 30minutes and are available on Monday and Friday before school from (7.30am - 8.30am) and after school (3.00pm to 4.30pm).  Students will need to purchase their own instruments.

​​Choir 

Students in Years 3 to 6 may join the school choir.  Students rehearse a variety of songs each week and learn about pacing, harmony, breathing and pitch. The choir puts these skills into practice as they sing at school and community events and competitions.
